Vacuum Freeze Dryer

Description

Freeze drying will not occur in natural surroundings. The pressure in the environment must be lower than ice boiling point pressure. That is why vacuum system must be used in freeze drying to reduced the surroundings pressure. Vacuum is used all kinds of freeze dryers. But vacuum dryer is different from vacuum freeze dryer. The working principle of the previous one by water evaporation and the latter one by ice sublimation. The quality of dried products are totally different by the two methods.
